Sara’s coaching on positive psychology is thought provoking. She really puts herself out there to make the concepts even more meaningful and accessible. It is a life changer. I have been taking the online course Happy Youniversity lead by Erin and Sara. After being an educator of children for 32 years and having taken many workshops on strategies to enhance my career, I thought I knew it all. This class has opened my eyes and renewed and reinforce what I had learned but often forgot. The class has helped me look at myself in new ways, to question my purpose, to ask provocative questions of myself and others, and to set daily intentions.Furthermore it has help me with building stronger relationships with my own children and my friends.
